Build the APIs, queues, and reliability layer behind Ozibus messaging, chat, scheduling, verification, and operations.
- Design reliable APIs for customer-facing communication and scheduling flows.
- Improve delivery, observability, queueing, and service reliability.
- Collaborate with product, support, and frontend teams on launch-ready workflows.
- Document implementation decisions so teams can operate confidently.
