We experienced increased latency for SMS deliveries in the Asia-Pacific region between 14:30 and 16:45 UTC. The issue has been resolved and all messages have been delivered.
We performed scheduled maintenance on our API gateway to improve performance and reliability. The maintenance window was from 02:00 to 04:00 UTC with minimal impact to services.
Some email deliveries in European regions experienced delays due to a third-party provider issue. The issue was resolved within 2 hours and all queued emails were delivered.
