This document forms part of the Ozibus Public Website Legal Centre. It should be read together with other policies that apply to the services and channels you use.
These short notices are intended to sit at or near the point where Ozibus collects personal information. They supplement, rather than replace, the Privacy Policy. Adjust them where a form collects additional information or uses it for a different purpose.
13.1 Account signup notice
Ozibus collects your name, business details, contact information, login and account information to create and administer your account, provide the Services, secure the platform, manage billing and communicate with you about your account. If you do not provide required information, we may not be able to create or service your account. Ozibus is an Australian company and its primary hosting infrastructure is located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, so information may be processed in the United States and by other providers involved in delivering the Services. 13.2 Contact and sales enquiry notice
Ozibus collects the information you provide in this form to respond to your enquiry, communicate about Ozibus products and maintain appropriate sales or support records. Information may be processed using service providers in Australia, the United States and other countries relevant to the requested service. See the Ozibus Privacy Policy for more information.
13.3 Support request notice
Ozibus collects contact details, account identifiers, technical information and the content you submit to investigate and respond to your support request, maintain security and improve service reliability. Please do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary and authorised. See the Ozibus Privacy Policy for more information.
13.4 Ozibus website webchat notice
When you use Ozibus webchat, we collect the information and messages you submit, together with operational information such as timestamps, session identifiers and technical data, to provide chat support, maintain security and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Information may be processed in the United States because Ozibus's primary hosting infrastructure is located in Phoenix, Arizona. See the Ozibus Privacy Policy.
13.5 Scheduling / booking notice
Ozibus collects the booking information you provide to create, manage and communicate about the requested appointment or event. Depending on who invited you or operates the booking page, the relevant Ozibus customer may be primarily responsible for the purposes of the booking information and Ozibus may process the information on that customer's behalf. 13.6 Marketing communications notice
By submitting this form, you request communications from Ozibus using the contact details you provide. You can unsubscribe from commercial electronic messages using the unsubscribe facility in the message or by contacting Ozibus. Ozibus will handle your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
13.7 Developer/API access notice
Ozibus collects your developer account information, API usage metadata, IP address, integration logs and support information to issue credentials, operate and secure developer services, investigate misuse and provide technical support. Ozibus's primary hosting infrastructure is located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. See the Ozibus Privacy Policy and API & Developer Terms.
13.8 Job / contractor application notice
Ozibus collects the information you provide in connection with an employment or contractor enquiry to assess your application, communicate with you and meet legal and administrative requirements. Additional privacy information may be provided if the recruitment process progresses. See the Ozibus Privacy Policy.
13.9 WhatsApp messaging notice
When you communicate directly with Ozibus through WhatsApp, or opt in to receive WhatsApp messages from Ozibus, we may collect your telephone number, WhatsApp profile or identifier information made available to us, message content and attachments, timestamps, delivery or read-status information where available, and related interaction metadata. We use this information to provide the requested communication, support, account or service interaction, maintain security and keep appropriate records. The communication is processed through Twilio as Ozibus's current underlying WhatsApp Business messaging provider and through WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure, and may involve processing outside Australia. You may ask us to stop non-essential or marketing WhatsApp communications, subject to any messages we are legally or operationally required to send. See the Ozibus Privacy Policy.
13.10 Top-up and payment notice
Ozibus uses Stripe to process account top-ups and approved payments. The minimum standard top-up is A$20. Top-ups of A$10,000 or more require contact with Ozibus Sales and may be completed using a Stripe invoice and an approved Stripe-enabled bank-transfer or other payment method. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing and transaction information to complete the payment, manage fraud and risk, reconcile the transaction and process any authorised refund or dispute. Funds successfully credited to your Ozibus Account Balance can be used only for eligible Ozibus Services and are not a bank deposit, cash-withdrawal facility or transferable customer-to-customer balance. 13.11 Communications provider notice
When you use Ozibus SMS, WhatsApp Business or email services, information necessary to route, deliver, secure and report on the communication may be processed by Ozibus and its current communications providers. Twilio is used for SMS and WhatsApp Business messaging, and Namecheap-hosted private email infrastructure is used for Ozibus email delivery. Telecommunications carriers, Meta/WhatsApp, recipient email systems and destination networks may also process the communication. Processing may occur outside Australia.
